Dr Guy Champniss
Guy Champniss founded Meltwater with the goal of helping organisations and companies become more dynamic, creative and effective through applying behavioural science to strategy and innovation.
He also builds innovative businesses, products and services, using behaviour-centric techniques to understand consumer motivation and behaviour.
Prior to Meltwater, Guy led behavioural science, strategic marketing and global communications for an award-winning US energy start-up, was global insights and strategy lead with global marketing services group, Havas.
Guy frequently speaks at conferences on behavioural science and insights, sustainability and innovation, and has been published in Harvard Business Review.
He holds an award-winning PhD in applied psychology (Cranfield), an MBA (IE) and has completed post-grad programmes with Stanford Graduate School of Business and the University of Cambridge. He is a Chartered Member of the British Psychological Society, and a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts.
