Dr Guy Champniss is a  consultant, advisor, and educator in insight-led transformation, sustainable innovation, and the strategic commercial application of behavioural science.

With over 25 years’ international experience across multinationals, start-ups and business schools, Guy's work focuses on an evidence-based approach to drive innovation, deliver change and unlock superior sustainable performance across businesses.

After international roles in insight and innovation with global marketing services group, Havas, Guy moved to be a founding member of the leadership team of Enervee - a pioneering climate and energy start-up. During his time with Enervee, Guy led the behavioural insights programme that validated the core proposition (energy saving behaviour change) and went on to be recognised as holding 'market transformation potential' by US regulators and policy-makers. Enervee raised $35mm in its Series B (2022).

Guy then set-up and ran a specialist behavioural consulting practice within the PE-backed global healthcare consulting firm, Inizio. Working with the leading healthcare companies worldwide, as well as with non-healthcare clients including Microsoft, Unilever and Anglo American, the behavioural science consulting service secured a number of awards for impact and effectivness, including work with Roche which delivered client savings in excess of $100m in the first year. With a strong interest in 'good business' and its role in behaviour change, Guy remains a Strategy Advisor to Enervee (US), and is a mentor and domain specialist with Cambridge University carbon venture lab, Carbon13.

Guy’s track record is defined by solving complex strategic challenges and unlocking opportunities for innovation, and revenue uplift, including:

Commercial Growth: Built a boutique specialist consulting capability from scratch to deliver £9m in revenue and multiple awards for innovation and impact.

Operational Impact for Clients: Delivered over £100m in client savings in a single year through employee experience innovation.

Market Creation: Developed – and scientifically proved - the value proposition that took a tech startup from inception to 20+ commercial clients and a $35m Series B raise.

Corporate Reputation & Stakeholder Engagement: devised and led proprietary research and insights initiatives, building award-winning market credibility for a new entrant (AESP Market Transformation Potential) and driving global strategic re-positioning in professional services, unlocking sector-leading global organic growth rate.
