Some of the solutions we've delivered.
From changing employee behaviour when it comes to travel, through to changing household energy consumption at scale, and delivering a culture of learning across a global healthcare company.
Behavioural science can support organisations - from start-ups to multinationals - across a range of functions, to be more competitive, agile and sustainable in how they do business.

Astra Zeneca - learning & development
Can we learn how to learn differently in the workplace?

Rather than just talking about the importance of learning for business performance and personal impact, we worked with Astra Zeneca to design and run an experiment within the business, to show how we are all capable of changing the way we learn at work.

Enervee - product and service design
Can we shift consumer behaviour in support of the most energy-efficient products in our homes?
If we could, this 'one-time' behaviour change would deliver significant repeating benefits in terms of emission reductions and cost savings to residential customers. The question though, is whether consumers can be encouraged to make smarter choices when given better information.

Roche - organisational change & sustainability
Can we subtly shift attitudes and behaviours towards corporate travel?

During lockdown, Roche stopped all global travel. However, they noticed that business performance did not suffer as a result. With a need to control costs alongside growing investor focus on sustainability, could we change senior employee motivation and behaviour when it comes to traveling?
